The Most Expensive Comic Books in History - So Far

Last month, Remy wrote about five comics books worth an insane amount of money, and insane is the right word.

Action Comics #1 sold for $3,000,000.000 – mindblowing is an understatement if you ask me.

As crazy as the price of those comic books are, there are other titles that will make you hope that at least one of the copies in your collection will be worth even a fraction of the price years down the road. Even when you’re old, retired, and doing nothing (or maybe that’s an ideal situation).

So, what other titles are the most expensive comic books in history (I say so far since we know other titles will go up in value at some point)?

Go Compare came up with an extensive list of the most expensive comic books in history so far, also taking into consideration the gain in price. Here are some of the most impressive ones.
