Nintendo confirms official MP3 player for Nintendo DS

Nintendo has recently confirmed for the Wii’s launch date, the release of an add-on for their very popular Nintendo DS console: an MP3 player. Similar to the already available Play-Yan MP3, it will be a disk with it’s own Stereo port, and will, reportedly be available from $30 to $40.

Is this a hint of what the next Nintendo Portable Console will feature? I guess we’ll find out soon enough.
