Sony announces the Dual Shock 3

When the Playstation 3’s controller was officially announced most people were surprised to see that they went back to the old design of the controller, whether you like it or not, and that they had stripped one of the features that they popularized with the first two iterations of their consoles: the vibration.

Thankfully, it looks like that mistake will soon be amended, and Sony has managed to surpass the “technical difficulties” and presented in this year’s Tokyo Game Show, the Dual Shock 3, which is exactly like the “sixaxis”, but features vibration.

Personally, I’m surprised to see that this feature didn’t come sooner, and I’m saddened that they didn’t take the opportunity to refresh the design a bit.
