Sony's New HD (1080i) Camcorder (HDR-HC3)
Sony has just released an interesting little number, an HD Camcorder that records on the best tv resolution available to the market today.
This little baby only weighs 500g and can take pictures that are only 1 Megapixel lower than my camera’s maximum (in other words it can take 4 MP pixels). It also features very interesting functions like the “Dual Rec” function in which the camera allows you to take 2MP images while shooting video (which should be a great function for all those “wedding photographers” out there).
And for all those Matrix lovers out there (yes, all three of you) this camera even features a High Speed movie recording which by recording 200 frames of images per second allows you to achieve “Matrix style” effects.
As for the most common features, it has a 2.7″ LCD which supposedly is viewable even in direct sunlight and has a maximum of 10x optical zoom.
Now all Sony needs is to start giving their products (except their laptops) less complicated, and easier to memorize, names.
