The 3G Art Show: Goonies, Gremlins and Ghostbusters
If you are in Los Angeles between September the third and twenty-three you should check out “The 3G Art Show”. Gallery 1988 together with The Autumn Society is exhibiting a show with several art pieces inspired by popular movies from the 80’s, ‘Goonies, Gremlins and Ghostbusters’.
Being a child from the 80’s I associate these movies with my childhood. As kid I loved watching Ghostbuster and Goonies on TV and being happy when I was finally allowed to watch the Gremlins. Not only do I remember all these movies, I watched them dubbed in Spanish, it doesn’t get more cult than that.
On The Autumn Society website you can see several art pieces that will be displayed.(Scroll down to the ‘Autumn Society Feed’ box on the right.) I’m listing some of my favorites here.

Who You Gonna Call?
The first three pieces would make some awesome posters. The last piece on Ghostbusters has a total Merry Melodies vibe to it, love it!
