You'll Never Want Any Other NERF Gun
Political correctness may warrant the avoidance of toy guns and other similar objects, but sometimes, you need to ignore being PC in order to have fun. In any case, when it comes to guns, I don’t think NERF guns are offensive at all. The story of NERF guns dates back to 1970 when Hasbro released “the world’s first official indoor ball” and the rest, as they say, is history. Toy guns may come and go, but NERF will always have a special place in our hearts.
Now what if you can have your very own custom-made NERF gun? What if we up the ante a bit and say that you can have Halo-themed and steampunk NERF guns, among many other designs? Now I got your attention!
There’s this Etsy shop called The Johnson Armory which opened in October 24 last year. ((The Johnson Armory)) While it is relatively new, it is gaining momentum. Taking a look around the shop, I have no doubts as to why it is catching the attention of people all over – gun lovers or not.
Each of the guns is handcrafted and painted by hand by Brian Johnson. If you purchase one, you can be sure that you will be the only one to have such an item as the process is fully manual. This creates differences in each piece even if they’re the same style. You can even go one step further and request for a specific color or finish! I only chose several of the NERF guns from the shop, but you can find a whole lot more from at the shop. The guns below are priced from $12.99 to $119.00.
What do you say to one of these being the perfect Valentine’s Day gift?
