This Baymax bed is the coolest thing we’ve seen online today.
Big Hero 6 was a huge hit, not in the least because of Baymax, the irresistible robotic superhero created by a young engineering student. He’s your personal healthcare companion. He’ll give you a fist bump when no one else will (with accompanying sound). He’ll absorb your fall in case you’re fighting the baddies. He’ll fight for you when you can’t defend yourself.
He’s too adorable for words, and even the most hardened person should feel all warm and fuzzy when he meets Baymax. If you’re not, then there might just be something wrong with you. Here.
That being said (and shown), check out this Baymax bed, which is targeted at children but certainly doesn’t exclude adults.
Doesn’t that photo make you want to dive into the futon and stay there forever? And it’s not just a bed. Much like a bean bag, you can set up Baymax so you can use him as a reading couch.
This 7.5-foot long bed is made by DeNA and costs 38,500 yen – that’s around 434 USD. Ouch, yes, especially if you think about shipping costs from Japan (not to mention import taxes), but hey…WANT!
