Disney Plus is a streaming service that launched worldwide in 2019. The service is owned by The Walt Disney Company and offers a wide variety of content from Disney’s various properties, including its film studios such as Walt Disney Studios, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Studios.
The service offers an extensive collection of movies and TV shows, including the entire Disney animated film library, the Star Wars and Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, and a wide selection of live-action Disney movies.
It also features original programming namely focused on Marvel and Star Wars. These series include The Mandalorian, Ahsoka and The Bad Batch from the Star Wars Universe, and WandaVision, Loki and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law from the MCU.
Disney Plus also offers access to a wide variety of content for kids, including Disney Channel original series, Disney Junior shows, and Pixar shorts. In addition, the service includes a selection of programming from other networks including National Geographic, Fox and Starz.
The service is available in most countries and can be accessed on a variety of devices including smart TVs, game consoles, smartphones, tablets, and computers.
