HBO

HBO, short for Home Box Office, is a premium US cable and streaming television network that is known for producing high-quality, critically-acclaimed original programming. The network was founded in 1972 and is a subsidiary of WarnerMedia.

Some of HBO’s most popular and critically acclaimed shows include Game of Thrones, The Sopranos, Westworld, and House of the Dragon, as well as critically acclaimed limited series such as Big Little Lies, Watchmen and Succession. Most recently, the network has produced the TV adaptation of The Last of Us, which is in its first season.

The network has a reputation for producing some of the most innovative and thought-provoking content on television.

HBO is available as a standalone streaming service, HBO Max, which includes all the content from HBO, as well as additional exclusive content, such as the Harry Potter series.
