Naruto
Naruto is a Japanese manga and anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto. It was first released in the Weekly Sh?nen Jump magazine in 1999, and its anime adaptation began airing in 2002.
The story focuses on the title character, Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja from the village of Konohagakure who dreams of becoming the Hokage, the leader of his village.
The series features fast-paced action with tons of mystery elements including the fact the title character has a demon Nine-Tailed Fox inside of him.
Across both the main series and Shippuden there are a total of 720 episodes, with a further 290 episodes coming in the show’s spinoff, Boruto, which focuses on Naruto’s son.
The longevity of the series has meant that Naruto is one of the most recognisable characters in anime.
